Who we are

What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, WhatsApp number, company, email, the parts and quantities you ask about, and any message or technical details.
- Drawings, specifications and photos you send us on WhatsApp or by email. The quote form itself does not upload files; it sends only the names of the files you choose.
- How you reached the enquiry: the page you sent it from, and the campaign or referring website if there was one.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare and send quotations, make and supply the parts you order, send the brochure you ask for, and keep the business records the law requires. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
By sending a form you consent to this use. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect what was done before.
Your files and drawings
Drawings and files you send us are seen only by the people at Mangal who prepare your quotation and make your parts, and are not shared with anyone else.
Who processes it for us
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Forms on this site are delivered to our sales email by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service, and the enquiry is kept in our sales mailbox. If a form opens your own email app instead, the message goes through your email provider. If you choose WhatsApp, that chat is handled under WhatsApp’s own terms. These providers act on our instructions.
Cookies and browser storage
This site does not set cookies. Your browser keeps the list of parts you add to an enquiry, and any files you choose on the quote form, so they are still there when you come back; they never leave your device unless you send them. The campaign source is kept only until you close the tab.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and the files you send are kept while we are quoting and supplying you, and for as long as tax and company records require for orders that follow. Ask us to delete an enquiry that did not lead to an order and we will delete it.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or completed, have it erased, and nominate someone to act for you. Write to sales@mangalrubber.com with the subject "Personal data". If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
